Seems pretty sturdy so far, zippers work well and it’s a good size for the stuff I bring to work. My water bottle also fits nicely in the side pocket. The straps are a little weird, I have a small frame so I just tightened them all the way but loosening them may cause the backpack to sag a little bit off your back. I got the pink one but it’s definitely more mauve than pink, much darker and more purple than the baby pink pictured online. Still a pretty color just not what I was expecting.
