かれこれ1年以上前に購入し現在に至ります。当時、購入して1週間もせずに大幅な値下げがされたので、まずそこでげんなりしました。。。その後、製品不具合で２度返品が発生し、それぞれ新品交換で対応していただけましたが１度目の返品時と２度目の返品時とで対応が異なり、非常に手間と時間を有しました。しかしながら、とても丁寧に対応をしていただけたのでとても良かったと思います。商品自体は個人的には良いと思っています。山岳山行にカメラ機材を持って行きたいけど適したザックが無い。そんな中でこの商品は多少の難はありますがそこそこ使えるかなと思いました。多少の難ありの部分はウォーターパックが背面中央ではなく側面であること。結果、冬季以外にウォーターパックをザック内部の側面にセットすると、側面外部のポケットに三脚orトレッキングポールor飲料ボトル等を挿入することは厳しく、せっかくの側面ポケットが使い物にならなくなることです。その他、他社登山ザックに比べてポケット(ギミック)類が比べようもなく少なく、非常にシンプルな構造のため使い勝手は悪いと言えます。ただし、だからこそかもしれませんが、山行でいまだに他の方と被った経験は一度も無いので良いと思います。恐らく写真を撮るために山行する人が少ないからこういうバックパックを使う人は居なくて被らないのだと思います。なぜなら、基本的に山行する人はＵＬ(ウルトラライト)、軽量化を追求する(軽さは正義)傾向にあり、カメラ機材だけで7kg～10kg担ぐなんてあり得ないと思うからです。私は写真が撮りたくて山行するのでこういった商品と出会えて良かったです。
