I really really really wanted to love his backpack but I am disappointed and am going to see if I can find something better.Features I sought/like:• Large capacity (35L?40L? - I wish this were advertised somewhere)• padded breathable straps / ergonomic• laptop sleeve• tablet sleeve• USB port• battery sleeve• anti-theft RFID sleeve behind the back. This is awesome.• front organizer pouch tall enough for sunscreen.• two water bottles (for parents carrying kid waters), though I have to say they look a little tight. Have to stretch them every time, which is not convenient when you have little ones constantly taking and returning bottles.• anti theft back pocket• key fob: but why not in front pouch?• zippers that take a lock• light interior color for finding easily• sleek look (for a big bag)• rain cover• Durable• Lightweight - considering the structure, they likely gained by not adding so many pouches.• secure strap pocket (with a snap - would have preferred just one slightly larger, with zipper and RFID)• strap sunglass strap• rain resistant / rain cover is nice plus• Large but still fits under seat in front of you.• strap to attach on luggage handle• Good quality zippersFeatures I sought that were not met:• EZ security access. I knew it did not have 180 opening padded section for laptop, but I did not realize the back section was BEHIND the straps, making it even more difficult to quickly access. Also, the tablet is in a separate section altogether, requiring unzipping TWO sections to remove at security checkpoints. This is the killer that makes me return the bag.• front organizer for essentials like glass case, wallet, etc.: I did not realize the organizer is in the second very large pocket. The first pocket has a tiny opening (just one horizontal zipper) and is super super deep with no organizer. I can't think of anything that I would not waste time searching for in this very front pocket, and I can't think of how it would be easy to retrieve anything from the second pocket when it is fully loaded with stuff.• credit card RFID pocket on strap: great that has RFID at all I guess, but if you are creating a card-sized pouch, why not make THAT RFID?• soft pouch for phone / glasses• side compression straps (but might not need them - fabric seems sturdy enough to hold shape when stuffed)• slash-proof fabric (I'm not clear on whether this one is met. The fabric is definitey sturdy)• Lightweight. It's pretty heavy but I guess trade-off for strong fabric.• waist strap• It is sleek, but the tradeoff is that it has a huge back area. I don't think this would suit a person who is not tall as the bottom of the bag would end up on the bum.• zippers that open and close easily. they are good quality, but they do not open and close easily, esp. the first large pocket.• The back tablet pocket is just one big enclosure. Seems like my laptop would swim in there, but wouldn't want to add anything else with it. They should have placed the tablet pocket as a side pocket inside that one.
